Photos and Media: We request access to your device's Camera and Photo Gallery strictly to allow you to upload images of your medical prescriptions.
Financial and Transaction Information: We collect your Purchase History and order details to display your past orders and manage refunds. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (like Razorpay); we do not store your raw credit card data on our servers.
App Performance Data: We may collect anonymous crash logs and diagnostic data to help us fix bugs and improve the App.

App Functionality: To connect you with nearby pharmacies, process your prescription uploads, and deliver medicines to your location.

Partner Pharmacies & Delivery Drivers: We share necessary order details (like your delivery address and prescription) with our verified partners so they can fulfill and deliver your order.
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (like Firebase for database/authentication and Razorpay for payments) that process data securely on our behalf.
The security of your data is our priority. All sensitive data (including personal info, location, and prescription images) collected by MedMinute is encrypted in transit over secure HTTPS connections. We utilize industry-standard cloud security provided by Google Firebase to store your data safely.
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
How to Request Data Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data (including your prescription images and order history).
