The App requires background and foreground location access to function correctly. We collect your device's precise location (GPS) to:
Assign you nearby delivery orders.

Allow customers and our dispatch team to track live order status. Your location data is collected even when the App is closed or not in use, provided you are marked as "Online" or actively on a delivery.
We may request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to:
Upload your profile picture.
Upload identification documents during registration.
Take photos of delivered packages as proof of delivery.
We automatically collect information about your interactions with the App, such as your delivery history, online time, earnings, device type, operating system, and IP address.

To create and manage your delivery partner account.
To verify your identity, vehicle, and eligibility to deliver on our platform.
To dispatch orders and calculate optimal routes.
To facilitate payments and track your earnings.

With Customers: We share your first name, profile picture, vehicle type, and live location with customers while you are actively delivering their order.
With Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with vendors that assist us with payment processing, background checks, map routing, and data hosting.
For Legal Reasons: We will disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Location Tracking: You can stop location tracking at any time by going offline within the App or disabling location permissions in your device settings. Note that you cannot receive or complete orders while location services are disabled.
