Welcome to Meconkey. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must follow all applicable laws and platform rules (such as Meta Quest policies). If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Fan Game Disclaimer

This Game is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Capuchin or its creators. All original rights belong to their respective owners.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit, or hack the Game

• Harass, bully, or harm other players

• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language

• Attempt to crash servers or disrupt gameplay

• Upload malicious files or content

We reserve the right to ban or suspend players at any time for breaking these rules.

4. Accounts & Multiplayer

• You are responsible for your in-game name and behavior

• Online interactions are not moderated at all times

• We are not responsible for user-generated content or voice chat

5. Virtual Items & Progress

• All in-game items, currency, or cosmetics have no real-world value

• We can modify, reset, or remove items at any time

• Lost progress is not guaranteed to be restored

6. Updates & Changes

We may update, change, or shut down the Game at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:

• Data loss

• Bugs or crashes

• Online interactions between players

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access to the Game for any reason, including rule violations.

• Display name / username

• PlayFab Player ID or account data

• Device/platform info (Quest, PC, etc.)

• Gameplay data (stats, progress, inventory)

• IP address (used by Photon for multiplayer connections)

We do NOT intentionally collect personal info like real names, home addresses, or passwords.

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data to:

• Run multiplayer servers (Photon)

• Store player data and progress (PlayFab)

• Improve performance and gameplay

• Detect cheating or abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Photon Engine (multiplayer networking)

• PlayFab (backend services, data storage)

These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. By playing, you agree to their data handling practices.

4. Voice & Chat Data

If voice/chat is enabled:

• Audio is transmitted between players via networking services

• We do not permanently store voice data unless explicitly stated

• Other players can hear you—use caution

We only share data:

• With Photon and PlayFab to operate the Game
