To Reduce the Lead Time in the Forge Shop: This activity is based on the methods to reduce the lead time for the increase in production.
Standard Room Facilities & Activities: This activity is based on the various activities and use of various machines for the quality check.
Process Audit: This activity is based on the auditing of the various shops in the industry.
To Make Process Flow Diagrams: This activity is based on making flow diagrams of different types of spanners. The framed document was adapted by the company as standard document.
