Contributions

Extended Abstract

We invite extended abstract submissions on all topics of interest. 

Submissions should follow the IEEE conference template in up to 2+N format (up to 2 pages of main content, 1 page preferred, plus references). 

We welcome late-breaking results, works under review, and previously published research. Submissions must be in PDF format (<10 MB) and will not be considered as formal publications. 

Accepted works will be presented as posters at the event with a 1-minute lightning talk, and a select few will be invited to give 5-minute talks based on the final schedule. 

Robot Demo

We encourage participants to showcase on-site live robot demonstrations. Those interested should complete the submission form and include a brief description of their demonstration, highlighting its content and any special equipment required.

Acceptance: Rolling notification, with final notifications sent by April 15, 2025
