MeatFeet Terms of Service

Welcome to MeetFeet.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeatFeet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Kello Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using MeatFeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About MeatFeet

MeatFeet provides tools and information designed to help users understand the environmental impact of food choices through meal tracking, food analysis, environmental impact estimates, sustainability insights, and related features.

The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MeatFeet.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

These estimates are based on available data, algorithms, and third-party information sources.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any environmental, nutritional, or sustainability calculation.

The Service does not provide:

• Professional environmental assessments

• Legal or financial advice

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors.

If you purchase a subscription:

• Renewal and cancellation are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• We may modify subscription offerings or pricing in the future.

Any changes will not affect existing subscription periods already purchased.

• Logos

• Branding

• Graphics

• Content

• Features

are owned by Kello Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us through the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if no payment was made.
