* Job & Measurement Data: We store the customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and window measurements you input into the app.
* Photos & Attachments: Any photos you take or images you upload as job attachments are stored and synced to your account.
* Business Details: We store your business name, address, and logo for the purpose of generating order sheets.
3. How We Use Your Information
* To provide the core features of the app (managing jobs and measurements).
* To sync your data across your devices so you don't lose your work.
* To generate PDF Order Sheets with your business branding.
* To manage your trial period and subscription status.
4. Data Storage and Security
* We use Google Firebase for data storage and authentication. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google’s secure servers.
* We do not sell your personal data or job data to third parties.
5. Data Deletion (Your Rights)
Google requires us to provide a way for you to delete your data.
* You can delete your entire account and all associated data (jobs, photos, and profile) at any time by going to Menu > Legal & Support > Delete My Account within the app.
* This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

* Google Play Billing: For processing pro subscriptions.

By downloading or using Measuremate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Measuremate is a tool for professional window measuring, managing job data, and generating order sheets.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Measuremate cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Data Usage & Syncing
We use Google Firebase to sync your data. While we strive for high availability, we are not responsible for any data loss or service interruptions. We recommend periodically exporting your data via the PDF Order Sheet feature.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Payments for "Pro" features are processed via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Google Play account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Measuremate is provided "as is." We are not liable for any measurement errors, financial losses, or incorrect orders resulting from the use of the app. It is the user's responsibility to double-check all measurements before placing orders.

Users can delete their account and all associated data directly within the Measuremate app by navigating to Menu > Legal & Support > Delete My Account.Alternatively, if you have uninstalled the app and wish to request deletion of your data, please email us at measuremate@mail.com. We will process your request and remove all your data from our servers within 7 business days.
