MOBILE APPLICATION
Mears Ash Report Studio is an offline Android planning tool. It does not create accounts, show ads, sell products, use analytics or tracking SDKs, use the Advertising ID, use remote configuration, or connect to a backend. It does not collect or share personal data with Mears Ash.
Projects and completed tasks are stored only as JSON in the application's private local storage. Up to five projects may be kept. A user can delete a project or choose Delete all local data. Uninstalling the application removes its local data. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled.
Copy places the plan on the device clipboard. Share opens Android's system Sharesheet only after the user selects it; the user chooses the destination. Mears Ash does not receive the plan or choose the recipient.
WEBSITE AND CONTACT
The public website is hosted by Google Sites. Google and related technical providers may process IP address, browser or device information, security logs and essential cookies needed to deliver and protect the site under their own terms. Mears Ash does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or audience-measurement tools.
If a user emails us, we receive only the information they voluntarily send. Email is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain the professional relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.
SECURITY, RETENTION AND RIGHTS
Local app data remains under the user's control until deletion or uninstall. The app limits exposure by avoiding network access, accounts, tracking SDKs and broad permissions. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
Subject to applicable UK data protection law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or request portability of information held by Mears Ash. Requests should be sent to OsterfeldWachtel@gmail.com. Local drafts must be deleted in the app because Mears Ash cannot access them.
If the application's permissions, SDKs or data practices change, this notice and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before release.
