HEAT Study

(Heterogeneity of Everyday Antagonism)

This study aims to better understand day-to-day changes in social situations, emotions, behaviors, and motivations for aggression. Participants complete baseline assessments followed by a 21-day ambulatory assessment period involving passive sensing and ecological momentary assessment (EMA). By capturing experiences as they occur in daily life, this research seeks to improve our understanding of the individual differences that influence when and why people engage in aggressive behavior. 

ILLIAD Study

(Intensive Longitudinal Investigation of Alternative Diagnostic Dimensions)

The Intensive Longitudinal Investigation of Alternative Diagnostic Dimensions study (ILIADD) was a fully remote ambulatory assessment study conducted in the spring of 2022. The ILIADD study was designed to examine how transdiagnostic psychopathology symptoms relate to contextual, social, and affective indices over the course of a 15-day ambulatory assessment period involving both ecological momentary assessment and passive sensing.
