Meaningful Movements
Psychotherapy to get you moving again
Whatever path you are on, my goal is to support you in developing a higher quality of life by paying attention to mental health. Most people I work with are trying to improve their relationships at work, at home, or even with themselves. As humans, we can get stuck in relational patterns that are stressful or depleting. Therapy is a change process that can refocus you on what you care about, and clarify your next move.
I welcome individuals seeking support moving through significant life changes, managing emotions, living with anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, or just engaging in effective communications. I also work with couples on improving their relationship- for example with non violent communication (NVC) structures, and exploring new ways of relating to solve problems that are solvable and accept those that are not.
Together we will work on conscious and unconscious movements drawing on a number of proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Acceptance Commitment Theory (ACT), Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Non Violent Communication (NVC), Systemic Constellations, or Neuro Linguistic Programming depending on what make sense in your situation.
