Meaningful Mentorship
My mission with Meanmentoring.com (and groups) is to take my personal mission into the world. Specifically, my aim is to connect with men who are seeking new ways of engaging with passion and meaning in their lives and interact with them in supportive and productive ways.
I was contacted by some woman on MeetUp who were interested in the work hence the co-ed bookclub.

COVID hit and I was trying any and everything to get a grip and get connected. I found a "No More Mr. Nice Guy" support group based on the book written by Dr. Robert Glover. I got involved, participated, accepted coaching, and soon I was doing really well compared to when I started the group. I was offering support and soon stepped up. I soon began facilitating groups, coaching, and mentoring other men pulling from Dr. Glover's work amongst others.
Free
Twice a year I ask the men in the group to support the cost of the Meetup by donating $20 - $25
One of the things that brings meaning into my life is holding space for men and offering support and guidance to those open to it. This can happen in groups or in 1:1 mentoring.
The groups are a free or extremely low cost way for me to connect with people and hopefully make a difference.
If men want targeted support we can meet and see if mentoring is a good fit.
I do a free 30-minute consultation for potential clients.
If we both think it's a good fit I'll have you fill out an intake form.
We'd meet in person once a week for 1 hour sessions.
We'll talk about your present and future in relation to assertiveness, facing big and small fears, specific challenges, and more.
There is a free consultation for potential clients
If we both think it's a good fit, mentoring would cost $400* per month.
I do this part time, so I cap my client load at three.
*With one client I will do a sliding scale (based on need).
Yes, I completed the Life Coaching Training and Certificate program offered by Achology and the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology in 2023.
Additionally, I have Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Factors.
*There is no degree or certificate that "makes" someone a good or great support, guide, or mentor.
All of my clients have asked me to mentor or coach them - I think that is the best model.
