Erin O'Connor receieved a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2017. After graduating, she worked in an Autism Center as a behavioral specialist for six years. With a growing interest in mental health and educational services, she went back to the University of Utah to study school psychology. She received her masters degree in School Psychology from the University of Utah in 2024 and is currently working on an Educational Specialist degree as well as becoming a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
Heather Sorenson currently works as a Special Education teacher for Fremont County School District #1 located in Lander, Wyoming. Heather received her Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Western Governor's University and her Master's degree in Special Education with a certificate of Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments from the University of Utah.
Kara Hampton currently works as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments for Alpine School District in northern Utah. She received her double Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Southern Utah University in May 2000, her Master's degree in Curriculum and instruction from Western Governor's University in June 2020, and her second Master's degree in Special Education Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments in December 2024. Kara has taught Special Education Resource at the elementary and high school levels, worked as a Reading Specialist at the elementary level, and taught second grade.
Anna Markham works as a teacher of students with visual impairment for Washington County School District. She has also worked at Washington County School District as a mentor and an ESL paraprofessional since 2012. She received a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Utah. She graduated with a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Utah with an endorsement in Visual Impairment in 2025.
Jordon Corley received her bachelor's degree in Community Health Education at Utah State University in 2004 and received her Master's Degree in Special Education K-12 with an emphasis on Moderate/Severe disabilities in 2011 from California State University-San Bernardino. Taught in a variety of Special Education classrooms for 13 years in southern California, Wyoming, and Utah. She received her second Master's degree in Special Education with an endorsement for teaching students with visual impairments ages 3-21 in December 2024 from University of Utah. She currently works as an itinerant teacher in Blind Outreach for Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind.
Emmaline Rawlinson works as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments for Washington County School District. She graduated with her Master's degree in Special Education as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments from the University of Utah in 2025. She received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an ESL endorsement and a minor in psychology from Dixie State University in May 2022.
