All consultations are paid. Decorating consultations currently start at $75. Payment is required according to the terms provided when your consultation is scheduled. 

Before project work begins, clients will receive the applicable project scope, pricing, and service agreement. Work will begin only after the required agreement has been completed and required payment has been received. 

A 50% deposit is required before project work begins. The remaining balance is due according to the terms of the client's service agreement. 

Pricing is based on the approved scope of work. Requests for additional rooms, services, products, materials, furniture, organizing, removal, or other work may result in additional charges. Changes should be approved before additional work is performed. 

Furniture, decor, materials, custom items, and other project purchases are charged according to the client's approved project scope and estimate. Product pricing and availability may change before purchase. 

Professional organizing is $75 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Clients are responsible for deciding which personal belongings will be kept, donated, relocated, or discarded. 

Custom furniture is quoted according to the individual project, including materials and labor. Project requirements, materials, dimensions, finishes, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. 

Junk removal is quoted according to the project, including the amount/volume of items and disposal requirements. The quote may need to be adjusted if the actual items differ significantly from what was originally described. 

Client approval is required at applicable stages of the project before purchasing and implementation. All applicable purchases will be made only after client approval is received.
