Users sign in securely using their mobile number. Authentication is handled through secure verification mechanisms. Account creation is required only to place and manage orders within the application.
When payment is enabled by a shop, Mealbook supports online payments through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay.
Payment processing works as follows:
Mealbook redirects the user to the Razorpay payment interface
Payments are completed securely through Razorpay
Mealbook does not store card details, UPI IDs, or banking information
Payment data is handled directly by the payment provider according to their security and compliance standards
Mealbook acts only as a platform to initiate payments and does not process or retain sensitive financial information.
