School Board Election

Dear Mesa Education Association Executive Board, MEA and MESPA members,

Members of the Mesa Education Association Political Action Committee met with the individuals seeking a seat on the Mesa Unified School District Governing Board.

The process took us over 5 days to interview candidates and discuss the candidates who upheld the values of the Mesa Education Association.

These being:

• quality public education for all,

• fairness, equity and respect for all,

• teaching as an esteemed profession,

• education support professionals as valued partners,

• learning as a community commitment

After reading responses on questionnaires, interviewing, researching the candidates financials and much deliberation, we determined that the Mesa Education Association Political Action Committee would endorse:
