This document has agreements about class size, sick leave, due process, compensation, and other areas. It reflects decades of work and collaboration between MEA members and Mesa Public Schools. 

Every year representatives from MEA and the district discuss the working conditions during a process called Meet and Confer.  

MEA wants to hear every teacher's voice before and during this process. Each year we ask all certified folks (member and non-member) to complete a survey to give our bargaining team insights and feedback on the concerns you would like us to address.  Your feedback is vital!  Every response adds to creating a better working environment.
