Fire/EMS/Rescue

Meadows Valley Fire Department is trained in multiple areas such as: Structural and Wildland Firefighting, Vehicle Extrication, Low and High angle Vertical Rescue, Back Country Rescue, Forcible Entry, Rural Water Supply, Trench Rescue, Traffic Incident Management, Propane Emergencies, and active Shooter Events.

Our EMT's are Idaho EMS Credentialed with most being NREMT as well. In addition to their base scope of practice Idaho EMS allows EMT's to obtain additional skills such as: IV, IO, Supraglottic Airways, and 12 lead EKG's.

All of our staff cross train to be prepared for all kinds of emergencies.
