Passing isn't just about moving the ball from one teammate to another; it's the cornerstone of teamwork, strategy, and fluidity on the field. In fact, mastering this skill lays the groundwork for becoming a well-rounded footballer. From spatial awareness and communication to technique and decision-making, passing encompasses a myriad of essential elements that shape a player's development.

It fosters a deeper understanding of the game, instills teamwork, and encourages creativity on the field. So join us as we explore the intricacies of passing and unlock the doors to football excellence.
Here we start with a video from one of my favourite online coaches. These 5 drills take you all the way to the start to ensure that the kids can get their skills right from the start. It is always easier to learn the right way to do something from the start, rather than have to unlearn bad habits first.
Technique is everything, learn how to do every part CORRECTLY!
If their is no one to partner with you, use a wall to pass against. There is always a way!
Here are some more drills you can do on your own and others that you can do with a partner. Always more fun when you are training with a friend or parent, but don't let that hold you back. The most important thing is that you are practicing. The more you practice the sooner you will master the skills required to become a complete footballer.
If you don't have cones use a folded pair of socks (but don't tell Mom!), tennis balls, golf balls, anything that will allow you to do the drills effectively.
Here are a couple of passing sessions for the coaches. However, don't let that stop you as a player getting your friends and familiy involved so that you can get some extra practice in! Always practice!!!
WARNING!!!!
This drill is not easy! Don't expect the kids to get it early on. However, this will be your yardstick that when they can do this drill you are making progress!
