Is Experience Necessary?

Basic swimming skills are important to maximizing training but, we accept all swimmers ages 5-18.

Where are practices held?

All practices are held at the Meadowwood pool.

Is it a long season?

No, the season begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and ends in mid July.

Do I need to buy a team swimsuit?

While many of the swimmers do wear a team suit, it is not necessary to purchase one.

How many meets do we have?

We have 7 swim meets and one championship meet at the end of the season. All meets are held at neighborhood pools in Strongsville except for the championship meet which is held at the Strongsville Rec Center.

Do parents need to volunteer?

Yes, a swim meet takes a lot of volunteers to run. A parent/grandparent/sibling needs to sign up to work 5 jobs. Also, food donations are needed for home meets.
