We are looking for a responsible individual to help us with daily operational duties. Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform manual labor are a must. A valid driver's license and ability to be insured is mandatory. The applicant must be able to drive a standard transmission pickup as well. We appreciate applicants that are self - motivating, organized, pay attention to detail, critical thinkers and have good communication skills.
Tractor and truck driving, welding, and mechanics are welcomed all though not required. We are willing to train the right individual in these areas.
The position is full time and year round. Seasonally, during planting and harvest, longer days are required. We will however respect a need for family and personal time.
Winter duties are primarily performing maintenance along with grain loading and hauling.
Growing season duties include the previously mentioned items additionally to include; machine and truck operation pertaining to crop growing and harvesting, building and bin site repair and maintenance and other labor.
Duties and responsibilities will vary with each candidate's skill and proficiency level. Pay level listed would be starting wages dependent on skill level and is negotiable. A house located on the farm will be provided if needed. If not, wages would increase correspondingly. Wages could be expected to increase as skill and understanding of our farming methods develop.

Starting Base Pay: $16/hour with an average 40 hour week. Increased pay levels with applicable skills and experience.
