Project: Molecular Characterization of Isolated Native Probiotic Bacteria from Selective Yogurt and Chicken Samples using 16S rRNA Gene Sequencing.
· Collected chicken GIT and Yoghurt, and performed biochemical identification of bacteria.
· Conducted DNA Isolation, PCR, 16S rRNA gene sequencing, data analysis, and thesis writing.

• Assessed phagocytosis, ROS/NO production, and NF-κB/MAPK signaling.
