Serving as a ‘Registration’ team member for advising EEE, CoE and IPE students regarding course registration

Preparation and Submission of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) for Evaluation by the Bangladesh Accreditation Council (BAC) and the Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education (BAETE)

Team member of local organizing committee of “International Conference on Robotics, Electrical and Signal Processing Techniques (ICREST) 2019”, organized by Dept. of EEE and CoE of AIUB. This conference has been technically co-sponsored by IEEE BDS and IEEE Computer Society (Bangladesh chapter)

Acted as a Reviewer for the 1st, 3rd and 4th International Conference on Robotics, Electric and Signal Processing Techniques (ICREST), 2019, 2023 and 2025 respectively.

Presented a paper at ICREST 2025 and published three papers as a first author in the AIUB AJSE journal to date.

Act as a Sub-Committee Member of “Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP)-2015”. It is a World Bank & UGC funded project on program assessment of the Faculty of Engineering department of AIUB to teaching/learning, management, and employability.

Organizing team member of AIUB Engineering Jubilation (AEJ) 2016. It is one of the main programs organized by the Dept. of EEE and CoE of AIUB.

Organized and presented a seminar on “Optimized Gain Characteristics of Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier” to about 80 students in the EEE & CoE department with the help of AIUB Community of Engineering Students (ACES).

Arranged and participated in an industrial tour to “Energypac Transformer Factory” as a representor of AIUB, organized by the IEEE AIUB Student Branch for 50 undergraduate students of EEE and CoE Dept.

Serving as an Assistant Proctor for the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) since 2023, responsible for assisting in the administration of the exam, ensuring compliance with examination protocols, monitoring candidates during testing sessions, and supporting the smooth and fair conduct of the examination process.

Acted as a Reviewer for the track Photonics and Optical Communication of “The 4th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Information & Communication Technology (iCEEiCT 2018)” which was held at Military Institute of Science and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh (13 to 15 September 2018).

Act as Voluntary Worker at “Doridro Charity Foundation (DCF)” since January 2013 to present. Where I have actively participated in various voluntary work under the guidance of this foundation. My notable contribution was in “Mission Winter Care project-3” for charitable distribution of blanket to the under-privileged people. Besides that, I was a voluntary instructor of different technical sessions organized by the foundation.

“Webmaster” of IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES)-Bangladesh Section from 01-Jan-2016 to 31-Dec-2016. During this period, I was responsible for maintaining the web activity of IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) of Bangladesh section.
