Develop a model for multi-label segmentation of histology images with more than 90% Intersection over Union (IoU).
The histology annotation is done by applying the PyTorch-based ResNet encoder.
Segmentation of Body Parts and Psoriatic Plaques
Developed a model with a 96% Intersection over Union (IoU).
Used PyTorch-based Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) model using se_resnext50_32x4d Encoder.
