Nowadays, one of the alarming issues of our daily life is electricity because of the energy crisis. Cellular communication is getting more popular in throughout the world day by day . As a result the improvement of network is becoming an important issue for all operators. So the number of BTS rooms is also in an increasing phase. To save the electricity and make the use of AC less a system called intelligent ventilation system is developed. An IVS is an electronic instrument that records data from environment condition and take decision how the room temperature should be controlled.
