About Us
The MD-DC Composting Council Board is made up of a diverse set of individuals representing a variety of sectors that include public, private, and nonprofit entities. We have representatives from the Institute of Local Self-Reliance (ILSR), Clean Water Action (CWA), U.S. Composting Council (USCC), and local governments, as well as composters and other local and national stakeholders.Â
