The Traveler

Time - A strange, mysterious cat who can appear out of nowhere in any clan and territory, at any time or place, and disappear as suddenly as he appeared. He uses a magical, noisy stick he calls a sonic screwdriver and travels in a blue box that's bigger on the inside. This cat doesn't die; instead, when he's about to die, he takes on a completely new form, so he can have different faces, because, according to him, he's not a cat, but a time lord.

If anyone wants a cameo of this time‑traveling cat in their clan for quests, prompts, or adoptable entries, they're more than welcome to use him. You don't have to give explanations… he can be everywhere…
