I am interested in applications of probability and stochastic geometry to network dynamics. In particular, my research focuses on point-process-based models for populations of neurons and compartmental models for epidemics propagation.
Keywords by field:
Interacting particle systems: propagation of chaos, mean-field models, replica-mean-field models
Dynamics on sparse graphs: local-field equations, Markovian approximations, filtering, local weak limits, unimodularity
Limit theorems: Poisson approximation, asymptotic independence, Chen-Stein method
Stochastic geometry: point processes, stochastic intensities, Palm calculus
Applications to neuroscience: intensity-based models, Galves-Löcherbach models, seizure-propagation dynamics, neural field equations
Applications to epidemiology: migration-contagion processes, SIR-type processes on graphs
