About me
I am a graduate student in the department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kansas (KU). Currently, I am working as a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) at the Carter Lab. I Completed B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in March 2025.
I am working with energy storage devices. My work focuses on Thermal Management of Lithium-ion Batteries and Improving chemistry of Anode Free Sodium-ion Batteries.
In my undergraduate thesis I developed a lumped parameter (0D) model of the cardiovascular system supported by a variable speed Continuous Flow Left Ventricular Assist Device (CF-LVAD) for end-stage heart failure patients. I Analyzed the performance of key cardiovascular parameters to assess system behavior and effectiveness.
Apart from my academics, I love to spend time doing outside activities such as running, cycling and playing cricket, football and table tennis.
