The current study uses spatially PRA and PRA relation methodologies to explore Ward 40, Dhaka South City Corporation's social and physical concerns. Due of the Covid-19 Pandemic, this study used secondary sources including mobile phone and social media interviews. This study examined social map, resource map, mobility map, fishbone diagram, problem tree analysis, swot analysis, Venn diagram, etc. This area's biggest issue was traffic. This problem was fishbone diagrammed and problem tree analyzed. This area's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats were analyzed using SWOT. This investigation stressed traffic and other area difficulties. Social map, resource map, mobility map, and Venn diagram of study region were developed to identify activities, resources, people's movements within and beyond their community, organizational structures and links, and how they are seen in society. This project was valuable as numerous PRA methods and tools were learned, but people's perceptions about PRA tools and methods, community response to PRA-based community development, and knowing people's expectations and degree of engagement were not reached because to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Environment is anything that immediately surrounds an object and influences it directly. The aims of this study are to examine the actual environmental scenario of the study area by examining various environmental factors and to detect the variation of environmental parameters over a 5-year interval. Among the 31 wards of Khulna City Corporation, Wards 7 and 8 have been chosen as the study area for this project. Systematic primary and secondary data collection has occurred. In this study, Landsat 7 and 8 raster data have been utilized. This research employs image classification, NDVI, NDBI, NDWI, Land Surface Temperature, and other data processing techniques for environmental characterization. With the change in land use, the built-up area has expanded, but industrial operations have decreased, which has a significant impact on LST. The vegetation and drainage conditions in this area are poor, and the pollution has a significant impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, the socioeconomic conditions and land usage of the region must be carefully considered prior to the implementation of any project in the region.

Jamira union, a remote region of Khulna city, is regarded as a rural growth hub with fewer or mediocre services. According to the principle of basic needs, regardless of whether they live in a community or not, people require adequately dispersed amenities. Analysis of service gaps is the primary method for determining the extent to which a large area's villages are covered by service facilities. Villagers in the Jamira union have access to a rural market, educational facilities, administrative offices, and other amenities that enhance their quality of life. According to standardizing laws and regulations, however, service facilities are inadequate; hence, types of infrastructural buildings and service facilities for education, religion, and treatment are required for locals to overcome barriers in their daily lives. By assessing service gap or determining performed service facilities, it would be simple to gain a clear understanding of the overall status of the area, and it would also be simple to plan for the future by expanding facilities or finding alternate uses for existing ones.

We work on road geometry and vehicle characteristics in this project (Such as vehicle volume, vehicle speed in different times). We established a link between road geometry and traffic flow. 8 crossroads have been worked on. Start at Fulbari gate and terminate at Notun rasta. Cross-section service is moderate. Daulapur bazar's crossroads are congested. Heavy car volume and on-site parking make Daulatpur bazar cross point difficult to navigate. Dual- and single-lane roads exist in our study region. There is no off-road parking spot. Peak-hour congestion is caused by a lack of off-site parking. We have both motorized and non-motorized vehicles. Difference in speed between motorized and nonmotorized. The fastest motorized vehicle is 37 KPH and the slowest is 15 KPH. If we remove the slowest non-motorized vehicle from the road, motorized vehicles will go more smoothly. Almost every cross-section showed untreated shoulder. Future road widening and off-site parking are possible. Regression model shows a link between motor vehicle speed, volume, and road width.

Bangladesh's economic policies since independence have emphasized rural development. The rural sector is crucial to economic, social, and political development. This study addresses rural development efforts in Bangladesh and the EBEK project. The study details rural development projects in Bangladesh, especially EBEK. This research should help guide additional EBEK analysis in Batiyaghata Upazila. 57.55% of study area residents work in agriculture. The study region lacks utilities and services. 9.83% of households have electricity, and 52.3% have hygienic latrines. Three Batiaghata Unions were surveyed. Jalma, Gangarampur, Baliadanga. Gangarampur has the highest literacy percentage among all three unions. During this project, primary and secondary data were collected on three unions' populations, literacy rates, loan recipients, loan amounts, loan payments, loan investment sectors, and community amenities. 50 samples were acquired through field surveys and focus groups. Secondary data were acquired through upazila offices, EBEK branches, and the EBEK website. To meet the goals, data were examined using mean and percentage. Bangladesh's development goals include growth with equity and poverty reduction. The government's approach has had some success, but poverty and inequality remain. The government should offer project managers and training to improve rural development projects, especially EBEK. Rural development is a priority for the country's development.

Railway stations are the locations where people board or depart trains. Trains have facilitated and improved the transportation and communication systems, as well as trade and commerce. After researching the Liege Guillemins station, the KUET Department of Urban and Regional Planning assigned us to assess the Benapole railway station. Benapole is the neighborhood adjacent to India. The diplomatic relationship between India and Bangladesh is highly dependent on the Benapole railway station. India and Bangladesh's relationship grew stronger as a result. The station links two nations. Passport holders can easily travel from Bangladesh to India or India to Bangladesh. It is a modern train station with amenities such as wifi, cctv cameras, ample lighting and fans, an IPS system, a waiting room, and restrooms. There is an internal commuter train for passengers. Every Thursday, the Bandhan train departs India with passengers bound for Bangladesh. Out of thirteen departments, five are responsible for the overall station's upkeep. The station master is in charge. There are nine security cameras. Pakshi is the location of the Benapole railway station's headquarters. They have a hospital of their own. Post office, school, high school, college, international passenger terminal, BGB, customs house, etc. surround the station. There is a staff residence adjacent to the station. The Benapole railway administration was helpful and friendly throughout the duration by providing information.
