The website only allows me to set up ongoing support Monthly. How can I give automatically at a Different Frequency (annually, quarterly, etc.)?: 

At this time, the best way to automatically give at a different frequency is to set up auto-billpay through your bank.

How do I choose my monthly auto-debit day online?: 

Your auto-debit day will automatically be set for the day of the month you set up giving. Currently, there is no way to change the auto-debit date.
