As a member of the IEEE AIUB Student Branch, I am part of a global network of professionals and students dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. The organization provides a platform to engage in technical, professional, and academic activities, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Established in 2009, the AIUB Social Welfare Club – Shomoy (ASC), aims to provide students with opportunities to learn about social welfare issues, volunteer their time to help others, and develop leadership skills. ASC works towards educating students on concerns like poverty, gender discrimination, food insecurity, etc., creating awareness of the sustainable development goals (SDGs). They work towards building a community of change-makers and motivating the youth to take action through volunteerism, fundraisers, and advocacy, making a difference in the world. ASC focuses on volunteering for social causes ranging from flood relief, blood donations, winter clothing drives, self-defense, and various other charitable work.
The Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) operates under the motto "Knowledge and Discipline", instilling values of patriotism, leadership, and civic responsibility among its cadets. As a General Cadet of BNCC during my college years, I embraced these principles, participating in various activities that emphasized discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Through rigorous training and community service, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability, which has significantly shaped my character and resilience. This experience not only enriched my college life but also prepared me for challenges in both personal and professional domains.
As a lifetime member of Bissho Shishu Sahitto Kendro, I am part of an organization dedicated to nurturing a love for reading and fostering intellectual development among young minds. Through their various programs and initiatives, I have cultivated a passion for literature, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation. This membership has enriched my perspective, improved my analytical skills, and instilled in me the habit of lifelong learning.
