Hey, I'm Md Ibrahim Patwary Khokan.

I'm a Computer Science Engineer currently working as a Consultant & Research Assistant at Daffodil International University, Bangladesh, under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Md Zahid Hasan.

My work focuses on advancing medical research by integrating AI, quantum machine learning, bioinformatics, GNNs, and signal processing, aiming to drive trans-formative innovations in healthcare. I specialise in Quantum Computing, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, and Medical Image Analysis, with expertise in 3D medical data, Point Cloud, 3D Mesh, Federated Learning, and Blockchain. 

I hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University.
