Terms & Conditions for WordLink Mobile Game

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the WordLink mobile game ("Game", "game"), developed and owned by MCZ Apps ("Developer"), an individual entrepreneur based in Pakistan . We refer to You as “You”, “you”, “Your”, “your”, “User”, “user”, “Users”, “users” in this document. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Game.
By accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to the Game's logo, visual design, trademarks, in-game currency or items (regardless of whether you "earned" these currency or items in the game or "purchased" them), and any other intellectual property associated with the Game, are the exclusive property of the Developer. You are not granted any right or license to use such intellectual property without the express written consent of the Developer.
2. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the Game and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. You may terminate the license at any time by destroying all copies of the Game from all of your devices. You may not use the Game if you can’t enter into a binding contract with the Developer.
3. In-App Purchases
The Game offers in-app purchases that allow users to acquire virtual goods, items, or services. These purchases are made using real currency and are billed through the respective app store or platform. Please review and comply with the terms and conditions of the app store or platform provider when making in-app purchases.
4. One-Time Payments
Users can buy goods, items, or services within the Game through one-time payments. Once a purchase is made, the transaction is considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Subscription Plans
The Game may offer subscription plans that provide users with additional features, content, or benefits. Subscription fees will be charged periodically as specified in the Game. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the renewal date if they no longer wish to continue.
6. Other Payment Terms
You are responsible for the payment of all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or any individual using an Account registered under your name. The Developer reserves the right to modify the pricing of the goods and services it licenses to you in the Game at any given time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note that all sales made through our platform are considered final. You acknowledge and understand that the Developer is not obligated to provide refunds for any reason. Additionally, upon the closure of an account, whether voluntary or involuntary, on any platform where our services are available, you will not receive any monetary reimbursement or compensation for unused virtual items or services (In-App Purchases, One-Time Payments, Subscription Plans).
7. Feedback and Suggestions
The Developer welcomes feedback, suggestions, and ideas regarding the Game. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you agree that the Developer may use and implement them without any obligation to compensate you. You hereby grant the Developer a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any feedback or suggestions provided.
8. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes
The Developer may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes within the Game. Participation in such events may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly presented to you at the time of participation. Please review and comply with those terms and conditions if you choose to participate.

10. Third Party Advertising
The Game may feature advertisements from third party advertisers. We do not control third party advertisers and we are not responsible for their content, business practices, policies, or collection, use or share of any information they get from users.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using the Game:
a. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
b. Attempting to disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or security of the Game or its servers.
c. Engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized modification of the Game.
d. Harassing, abusing, or defaming other users or individuals associated with the Game.
e. Using the Game for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
12. Termination and updates
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations. User consents that the Developer may automatically update or upgrade the version of the Game on the user's device.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer does not warrant or guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. The use of the Game is at the user's own risk. The Developer is under no obligation to maintain or support the Game, provide all or any specific content through the Game, or provide user with updates, upgrades or services related to it.
14. Service Usage Information
By using our mobile game, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to utilize, use, track, store, copy, distribute, broadcast, transmit, publicly display and perform, reproduce, digitally perform, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise utilize and exploit the following information for any purpose, including commercial or promotional use:
(i) Your scores achieved in the game;
(ii) Your game play sessions;
(iii) Your presence on our game platform;
(iv) The time you spend playing the game or within specific parts of the game;
(v) Rankings, statistics, and user profiles related to the game;
(vi) Other information regarding your usage of our game platform.
We retain sole and exclusive ownership of the aforementioned information, and we reserve the right to use it ourselves, as well as allow our affiliates, partners, licensors, licensees, and other authorized third parties to use it in any existing or future media for various purposes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
16. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
The Developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the latest version of the Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the Game after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Indemnity
By using our mobile game, you agree to indemnify and hold the Developer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, brought forth by a third party as a result of or in connection with your use of or access to the game, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement upon any law or the rights of a third party. It is important to note that these Terms do not release or restrict your liability regarding any indemnification obligations you have agreed to under these Terms.
