Lab reports must be computer-generated and well written. You may always discuss your results, observations, and conclusions with your lab partner(s), but the reports themselves must be individually created by each student and submitted via Laboratory Report Google Document.
Lab report is due within one week of completing the experiment and should consist of the following parts:
1. Title, experiment date, date submitted, your name and those of any lab partner(s).
2. Purpose(one or two sentence) description of the main objectives of the lab.
3. A brief Introduction to the work you performed. This should include any relevant equations.
4. Materials you used during your lab procedure.
5. Procedure. This should not be an exact copy of the procedure you were given but should instead be a brief summary in the passive voice and
the past tense of how the work was carried out.
6. Data Analysis which should include -Data, Results, and Calculations. This will include your original data tables and graphs, any noteworthy
observations, and any special alterations to the intended procedure. You may include computer-generated tables and graphs, but the original
sheets must be part of your report.
7. Conclusion: A well organized discussion of the results of your work and a statement of the conclusions that can be drawn from those results.
8. Errors and its sources.
9. References (if any).
