I am research economist with over 20 years of experience working on environmental issues. I am currently Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management at KTH The Royal Technical Institute of Technology in Stockholm. I am also a senior research economist at IVL the Swedish Environmental Research Institute.
My research interests lie in environmental, and international economics. My current research projects include e.g.:
Environmental Social Governance (ESG) ratings and investing;
Consumer credit markets; and
Economic impacts of extreme weather
I am driven to understand how our world works and what we can do to make it a better place. In my research, I develop theory to study the interplay between the environment, policy, and companies. Methodologically, apply microeconomic methods to test competing hypotheses. I am particularly interested in applying my expertise to support our transition to a more sustainable path.
