youtube.com/SuperCarsToys (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through McQueen Police Car Racing Game (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and how you can contact us. The App is available in English and is intended for users of all ages (it is not directed exclusively to children under 13). No registration or account creation is required to use the App.
We collect a limited set of information necessary to operate and improve the App, deliver features, show ads (if any), and diagnose technical issues. The categories below describe the types of information we may collect:
Automatically collected technical information
Device information: device model, operating system and version, device manufacturer, app version, and basic hardware information.
Crash & diagnostic data: automatic crash reports, stack traces, logs, and diagnostic information needed to identify and fix technical problems. (See Crash Reporting below.)
Network information: IP address and basic connection metadata (used for analytics and to operate the App).
Advertising identifiers: advertising identifiers (for example, Google Advertising ID / GAID) if the App displays ads or uses ad networks.
User-provided information
The App does not require or collect personal identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, or account credentials unless you voluntarily provide them (for example, by contacting us). The App does not include sign-up or social login functionality.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Operate and maintain the App (deliver updates, manage functionality).
Crash reporting & troubleshooting — to detect, diagnose and fix bugs and crashes so the App runs reliably.
Analytics & product improvement — to understand how the App is used and to improve features, performance, and user experience.
Advertising (if applicable) — to enable ad delivery, measure ad performance, and (where permitted) provide personalized ads.
Compliance & legal — to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

We use third-party crash reporting services to automatically collect crash logs and diagnostic data when the App crashes. The crash reports typically include: error traces, device model, OS version, app version, and other technical signals that help us reproduce and fix problems. These reports do not contain personal messages or user-generated content. Examples of crash-reporting providers commonly used by apps include Firebase Crashlytics; we may use one or more reputable providers.
If the App displays advertisements, ad networks may collect advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) and other non-personal information to provide and measure ads. We may enable personalized ads (ads tailored based on the advertising identifier and inferred interests) or non-personalized ads depending on configuration.
To manage ad personalization, users can adjust settings on their device and through advertising settings provided by platform vendors (for example, Google’s Ads Settings). You may also opt out of interest-based advertising at the device level via operating system settings.
We may share the categories of information described above with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

Cloud hosting providers
These providers are contractually obligated to use information only to provide services to us and to respect user privacy. We do not sell users’ personal information.
We retain diagnostic, crash, and analytics data for as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. When you request deletion of personal data (see Section 9), we will take steps to remove or de-identify your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.
The App is not specifically targeted to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information. You have the following choices regarding your data:
Access / Correction / Deletion: Email us at PoliceCarRacingGame@Gmail.Com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control. We will respond to verifiable requests in a timely manner (typically within 30 days).
Advertising choices: Manage ad personalization via your device settings or the advertising provider’s opt-out mechanisms.
Do Not Track: The App does not honor browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no standard accepted mechanism for mobile apps.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under local law (e.g., access, portability, restriction, objection). Email us to exercise those rights; we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We recommend you read the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised policy in the App or on the publicly accessible privacy page and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
