1. Introduction
Class 9-10 MCQ Practice 2026 ("we," "our," or "us") is developed by Class in Global for Class 9-10 students in Bangladesh to practice multiple-choice questions and improve their exam performance. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information when you use our app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect and store certain types of information to provide better services and ensure app functionality:
Personal Information: We collect your Name and Email Address for authentication. We also collect additional profile information such as your School Name and District Name if you choose to provide it within the app for leaderboard purposes.
Device Information: We collect Device ID, Advertising ID (for Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network), approximate location (such as country or region inferred from IP address), and device model information for analytics and ad service stability.
App Activity: We collect information about your interactions with the app, including quiz scores, number of correct/incorrect answers, time taken to complete quizzes, total points accumulated, leaderboard rankings, and progress history.
Crash Logs: Firebase Crashlytics collects stack traces and device state information when the app crashes to help us fix bugs.
3. How We Use the Information
Your data is used to:
Authenticate users and sync progress across devices via Firebase Authentication.
Display quiz results, leaderboards, and track academic performance.
Serve advertisements via Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (optimized for a younger audience).
Analyze user behavior via Google Analytics to improve app features.
Verify premium subscriptions and prevent fraud.
We do not sell or rent user personal data to any third parties.
4. Account & Data Deletion (Important)
We respect your right to control your data. In compliance with Google Play policies, we provide two methods for data deletion:
Method 1: Immediate In-App Deletion: You can delete your account instantly through the app. Go to Profile Settings > Delete Account.
What happens: Your login credentials (Firebase Authentication) are permanently deleted. Your personal profile data (Name, Email, School) is anonymized (e.g., Name is changed to "Deleted User" and Email is cleared) in our live database. You will lose access to your account immediately.
Method 2: Complete Data Erasure (Manual Request): If you wish to ensure that all historical records, backups, and deep analytics data are completely wiped from our servers, or if you cannot access the app, you can request a manual deletion.
How to request: Send an email to classinglobal@gmail.com with the subject: "Delete my Class 9-10 MCQ Practice 2026 account". Please include your User ID (UID) or registered email.
Processing time: We will manually verify and remove all remaining data from our systems within 7 working days.
5. Advertisement
We use Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network to display ads in the free version of our app.
Data Collection by Ad Networks: Meta Audience Network and Google AdMob may collect device information, advertising IDs, and usage data to serve relevant ads.
Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) & Safety: Considering our target audience (students aged 13-17), we configure our ad networks to prioritize age-appropriate content. We restrict ad targeting where applicable to ensure privacy.
European Users (GDPR/UMP): For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) and relevant Meta SDK configurations to display a consent form. However, even with consent, ad content is strictly filtered to ensure it is appropriate for younger users (Maximum Ad Content Rating: "Teen").
6. In-App Purchases
The app offers premium features through in-app purchases. All financial transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
However, we store a record of your transactions and your subscription status to manage your account. We verify the validity of your subscription using a secure server infrastructure hosted on Vercel to prevent fraud. Premium users enjoy a 100% ad-free experience.

8. Local Data Storage
We store certain data locally on your device using its internal storage (e.g., Room Database, SharedPreferences). This includes downloaded quiz questions, your quiz progress, daily statistics, notification history, and app settings. This allows the app to function offline and load faster. You can clear this data by clearing the app's cache and data from your device settings.
9. Data Storage and Security
All user data is securely stored in Firebase Firestore and Realtime Database. We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and authentication mechanisms provided by Google Firebase to protect your data from unauthorized access.
10. Children’s Privacy & Age Restrictions
Our Services are strictly intended for students of Class 9 and 10, typically aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In compliance with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA:
Target Audience: This app is not directed at children under the age of 13.
Ad Serving: Our advertising partners are integrated using specific tags (such as TagForUnderAgeOfConsent) to ensure age-appropriate ads and limit tracking.
Data Removal: If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

11. User Rights
Users have the right to:
Access their personal data stored in the app.
Delete their account immediately using the in-app "Delete Account" feature.
Request a full manual cleanup of their data via email.
Stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
