A great partnership starts with a solid foundation so I want you to know that I bring my whole self to each and every project I design. I use various tools to conduct in depth needs analysis and am constantly building my knowledge base to ensure that my work considers a broad range of topics and clients. Whether it is eLearning, ILT, vILT or micro-learning, I am always focused on developing and providing clear learning objectives to meet company needs.

My personal touch includes positivity, excitement, encouragement, and dedication. I consider myself a lifelong learner and I bring that open mind to new encounters. Over the course of my career I have instructed, led, and trained diverse groups of people in interpersonal communication and this focus on effective communication continues to be an integral part of my work. Supporting diversity and inclusion is another value to my approach.

I have a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership and over a decade of developing training and instruction. I am currently refining my skills as a member of the Applied Instructional Design Academy.

I also love travel, comfort food, and singing karaoke! Channeling my inner P!nk is the best.
