• Pricing Breakdown:

 Garbage Can Cleaning: $20 (Flat Rate)

• What’s Included: This fee covers the deep cleaning and sanitization of all of your household garbage and recycling bins.

• The Process: We use a high-pressure, eco-friendly wash to blast away stubborn grime, sticky residues, and foul odors. Bins are thoroughly sanitized, disinfected, and deodorized, leaving them fresh and ready for the curb.

 Yard Weeding: $150 (Per Job)

• What’s Included: This is a comprehensive, per-job rate to reclaim your garden beds and landscaping.

• The Process: We provide meticulous, hands-and-knees hand weeding or targeted tool extraction of all unwanted vegetation from your flowerbeds, mulched areas, and rockscapes. This includes the removal of deep taproots to prevent rapid regrowth and the hauling of all weed debris from the property.

 Delivery & Material Pricing

All mulch is ordered and delivered directly to your driveway, with local delivery logistics seamlessly factored into your final quote.

• 1 Yard of Mulch: $65 – $95 (Material cost only)

• 1.5 Yards of Mulch: $95 – $140 (Material cost only)

 Labor & Installation Costs

Because every landscape is different, installation labor and time are billed separately from the material costs to ensure you only pay for the exact work you need.

• Labor Rate: $45 – $65 per hour (per crew member)

• Minimum Charge: 2-hour minimum for all mulching jobs

• Time Factors: Sloped areas, tight garden beds, wheelbarrow accessibility, and old mulch removal may increase the total labor time. 

 Factors That Influence Your Total Cost

• Mulch Type: Standard double-shredded hardwood is more budget-friendly, while premium dyed blacks, reds, or cedar carry a slightly higher material price.

• Property Access: If our delivery trucks cannot dump near your beds or if we have to navigate steep inclines, extra wheelbarrow time will be added to your labor estimate.

• Bed Preparation: Weeding or edging existing garden beds prior to mulching will add a small amount of time to the labor estimate, but guarantees the best final result.
