Welcome to McMurry's Digital Education Support Services website.

Use this website to view tutorials for Moodle, email setup, password reset and more. It is important to note that DESS is not IT, and the assistance we can provide may be limited in some situations. IT knows the most about your computers and software, but we may be able to provide some assistance.

DESS may provide assistance with the following:

    • LMS (Moodle)
    • MS OneDrive
    • MS Office
    • Google Drive
    • Google Apps including (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and New Sites)
    • Web Browser questions
    • General software questions.

Any miscellaneous assistance (non-Moodle) is provided on a case by case basis and if time allows. Our primary responsibility is the smooth operation and use of Moodle.
