Use this website to view tutorials for Moodle and various other software. It is important to note that DESS is not IT, and the assistance we provide may be limited in some situations. IT knows the most about your computers and software, but we may be able to provide some assistance.

Our primary responsibility is the smooth operation and use of Moodle for all students and instructors.

DESS may also provide assistance with the following:

• Microsoft apps including: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Office 365
• Google apps including: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and New Sites
• Web Browser questions. We recommend using Google Chrome as your primary web browser.
• General software questions

*Any non-Moodle assistance is provided on a case by case basis and if time allows.
