Before the founding of McMaster Consulting LLC, Kellie McMaster worked for the Electric Utility industry for 30 years. While in the Electric Utility industry, her focus was on finance, accounting, regulation, energy efficiency and conservation, and procurement. Kellie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, San Bernardino. She also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, to increase her understanding of writing and presenting Regulatory filings to various Public Utility Commissions. She served on both utility and community boards in California and Nevada. She was a SCORE volunteer in Smith County until the group disbanded in 2021. Through SCORE, she provided mentoring to individuals who wanted to start their own businesses.

In addition to managing McMaster Consulting LLC and working with clients through a hands-on approach, Kellie is a member of District 50 Toastmasters, which is one of the districts of Toastmasters International that focuses on helping individuals to polish their public speaking and boost their leadership skills. She has served as an Area Director, a Division Director, and Club Growth Director. Now, she is the District Director, leading the District to a brighter future!
