These pieces are from a summer inventive course taken at the Center for Creative Studies. The goal was to create a concept portfolio, receive critique, and create quality work on a deadline-based schedule. This specific prompt was "Dark Angelic" so I followed the theme of a graveyard guarded by escorts to the good underworld and the bad underworlds, and the main characters' designs are based on opposite mediums of statues, marble and obsidian.
