Request for Private Partners

The City Council selected the Redgate/Kane team (qualifications) to be its preferred partner in seeking to acquire and reuse the McIntyre site. Here is their proposal: Kane Company & Redgate (and Appendices)

The City's Real Estate Consultant, Barry Abramson, summarized his analysis in a Memorandum, available here.

The City has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for this project. Submissions are due June 12, 2017. There will be an on site walk through on June 1st, at 11 am.

Responses to the City's RFQ are due by 2 pm on June 12, 2017.
