I would hope to work outside of downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. I would prefer to work somewhere such as Woodbury. I will expect a 401k, health and life insurance from a company. I also would expect a dental and a vision plan as well if it is a big company. For a small company I would expect health insurance and a 401k. I would also expect to be working from home some of the time.
