We are proud to work alongside trusted friends and fellow breeders to help match you with the perfect addition to your farm. Whether you’re searching for your first mini cow or expanding your herd, we’re happy to guide you every step of the way.
McIntosh Mini Moo’s was founded by Christy McIntosh, who built her miniature cattle program independently and from the ground up. Her journey into the industry began simply with a desire for a single mini cow, but after purchasing her first miniature Scottish Highland, she quickly developed a deep passion for the breed.
What started as a small backyard dream has grown into a carefully managed herd of 20+ miniature cattle. New to the industry at the time, Christy committed herself to learning everything possible—traveling, attending conventions, and gaining hands-on education in breeding, genetics, and herd health. Today, her focus remains on producing healthy, well-bred calves while maintaining strong breed standards.
Christy is supported by her husband, Jason McIntosh, a third-generation farmer whose lifelong experience in livestock and land management plays a key role in maintaining the health and care of the herd. His hands-on knowledge helps ensure the cattle are raised responsibly and with the highest standards of husbandry.
Christy works closely with her friends at Sugar Creek Acres Farm, collaborating to share knowledge, support responsible breeding practices, and help connect families with the right miniature cattle for their farms and homesteads.
