As part of your application for entry into the MCFR Paramedic Program, you are required to compose an essay that answers the following questions:
1. What is your greatest accomplishment in professional or academic life?
Be sure to describe the events or decisions that positioned you for success.
2. What is your greatest failure in professional or academic life?
How did you overcome this challenge and what steps did you take to prevent its recurrence?
3. Assume you gain entry into, and ultimately graduate from the Paramedic Program; what makes you an asset to the citizens of Montgomery County as an ALS clinician?
This assignment should be typed in 12pt font with line spacing of 1.5.
Essay length is up to the applicant but should not exceed two pages (single-sided), or one page (double-sided).
Additionally, please download the cover sheet and populate the name field within. This should be uploaded with your essay on the submission page.
When uploading your essay, you are also required to upload a copy of your resume.
