While this manual provides the core rules for playing the game, players are also encouraged to experiment and develop their own unique playstyles and house rules. Here are some ideas for customizing your gameplay:
Deck Size Adjustments: Try different deck sizes, such as 15-card or 40-card decks, to see how it changes strategy and balance.
Modified EP Systems: Adjust the EP cap or regeneration rate to make moves more accessible or challenging. For example, start with 3 EP or regenerate 4 EP per turn.
Alternative Win Conditions: Instead of winning by knocking out a set number of opposing Chads, experiment with objectives like defeating a certain number of Gigachads or battling until someone runs out of cards.
Custom Game Modes: Invent new modes tailored to specific player counts or scenarios. Examples include cooperative modes, where two players team up against a shared adversary, or a “Sudden Death” mode with no bench allowed.
Card-Specific Rules: Create special rules for specific cards to increase their value or introduce thematic effects. For example, active Gigachad cards could impose restrictions on EP regeneration for both players.
Limited Draft Play: Introduce drafting mechanics by having players build their decks from a shared pool of random cards at the start of each game instead of building their own custom decks beforehand.
Flexible Bench Limits: Adjust the number of active and benched Chads allowed to suit your deck sizes and game complexity.
Collaborative Deck Building: Share decks and create hybrid strategies with friends to explore unique combinations of cards.
Stat Overhaul: Reimagine what the HP, EP, and attack damage numbers on the cards represent to completely change how the game is played.
If you develop a fun variant, consider sharing it with your friends or the community! Player creativity is a vital part of keeping the game exciting and dynamic.
