Meet Gilberto VaZquez, Owner of Magic City Detailing

Hi, I'm Gilberto Vazquez, the proud owner of Magic City Detailing. My passion for cars began young; at just 15, I spent summers helping my dad with everything from headlight restoration and paint correction to steam cleaning and regular washes. After graduating from Homewood High School and completing two years of community college at Jefferson State and Wallace State, I explored various fields, including insurance, construction, and electrical work. However, nothing resonated with me quite like detailing.

The true fulfillment comes from the connections and relationships I build with customers daily. I love working outdoors, creating my own schedule, and, most importantly, seeing the sheer satisfaction my clients get when their vehicles are transformed. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of their car's story, whether it's an inherited classic or a first car for a new driver. These experiences and the joy my work brings to others are what I truly value and cherish.
