If you register as a Player or Social Member or for one of our events (e.g. Summer School) you maybe will be asked for certain information - for example, your name, address, email address, and phone number.
How Is Your Information Used?
We may use your information to:
- send you communications or updates on any activities which you maybe of interest to you
- register you with an affiliated body - for example the Greater Manchester Cricket League*
We aim only to contact you with information about the club which we deem to be of legitimate and relevant interest – i.e., we will use the personal information you have supplied to us to conduct and manage club activities thereby enabling us to give you the best and most secure experience.
We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity – You have the option to be removed from our database at any time.
Who Has Access To Your Information?
Only selected Club Officials have access to your information. Please be reassured that we will NOT release your information to third parties for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes. We would only release your information if required to do so by law. For example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.
Your Choices
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive Club communications any longer, then you can email us at micklehurstcc@gmail.com to ‘unsubscribe'
How Can You Access And Update Your Information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. We will be looking at ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you. In the meantime, if you change email address, or any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please email us at micklehurstcc@gmail.com
